Steve Russell of iiRe Productions, along with Darrell Smith of Blue Dog Media were the primary developers in creating the Realty Executives “Tag Manager”, a program that incorporates the latest Microsoft Tag technology. In this case, the “smart tag” is scanned using a smart phone to link to an agent’s property listings.
